Welcome to our Employee Spotlight series, where we take a moment to recognize the incredible individuals who drive the heartbeat of our organization. Our hope is to shine a light on the diverse talents, unique personalities, and wonderful achievements of the people who make up our treatment community. We invite you to get to know the faces behind Momentum's success stories and learn more about the people who make our workplace a vibrant and dynamic home.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

I absolutely love working with a team! Each client brings unique needs and challenges, and I enjoy how we get to use our individual strengths to meet them together. It's incredibly rewarding to work with women every day in such a personalized way, helping them achieve their goals and build meaningful connections in their relationships and family. Many clients come to us having struggled to find a secure base or simply longing for genuine connection in adulthood, and we get the privilege of helping them discover that. I also love seeing clients through all the stages of their journey, watching their growth, and witnessing the freedom they find in recovery.

Can you share a memorable moment or achievement during your time at Momentum?

During a group session, a client had the opportunity to experience support and connection from her peers. Not only did she feel a part of the community, but others felt that connection too. She witnessed her peers stepping up for her, showing true vulnerability, and displaying courage even when it was scary.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?

I love pickleball! I also love plants, pilates, reading, game nights and music.  On the weekends you can find me spending time with my friends or at the beach.

If you could give one piece of advice to new employees, what would it be?

In my opinion, remember that everyone is looking for the same things: belonging, acceptance, and connection. Show up in ways that feel authentic to who you are and the rest will follow.
