What do you enjoy most about working here?
Honestly, I love getting to know the women and seeing them make progress over time. I’ve even seen some women graduate from the program and come back to work here, which is really inspiring. It’s amazing to be part of their journey.
Can you share a memorable moment or achievement during your time at Momentum?
One of my favorite memories was a simple beach trip where we laughed, made sand castles, took pictures, and played in the ocean. Two girls who had been struggling shared that, for the first time, they felt truly connected and excited about treatment. It showed me how small moments can create big breakthroughs.
Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?
Outside of work, I stay active in my recovery and love giving back by supporting other women in my fellowship. When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me soaking up the sun and making memories with my family and friends at the beach.
If you could give one piece of advice to new employees, what would it be?
My advice to new employees: ask questions, stay curious, have fun, and dive in! We’re a supportive team, and you’re never alone!
